Vicki is a Senior Consultant at Opic with over 15 years’ experience in the assessment and development field, specialising in developmental coaching for enhanced performance. Vicki has personally conducted thousands of Coaching & Development sessions with key clients, in addition to utilising assessment measurements to assist companies in developing and selecting their people.
Vicki has also focused her knowledge and expertise on product development, where she has successfully developed an assessment and development solution specifically tailored to call centre environments and 360 degree feedback questionnaires. Her most recent project is OPIC coach@work™ – a comprehensive manager as coach program based on identifying and developing individual capabilities and is designed to assist companies in building commitment and retention of key personnel. Vicki was also part of a team responsible for the development of the OPIC Development Series, a series of resource guides targeted specifically towards coaching for performance.
